I've worked out nearly all my life although at times it was sort of on and off. I always had shoulder issues when working out and that hindered my progress dramatically and sometimes stopped my workouts altogether.

I found WYF and followed the low impact program. It gave me my shoulder back...No pain when I work out! I've been using the WYF method of working out for nearly six months. I know him best for his unswerving friendships and support for those he loves. His generosity is unmatched. Only because he would not want me to, I won't say how many ways he has helped people financially. He is also an authentic tough guy. I have trained with him and served on two boards with him. He gets things done and done right. Wish he was more political, as he would be what we are all looking for in Washington. As a family man, he is an example to all.
